DAMSON PLUM, BLACKBERRY, WHITE FLOWERS, ROASTED NUTS

It's simply a better crafted sparkling wine than some of the more recognized Champagne brands with much larger marketing budgets. A bargain at $40 and possibly (I dare say) a weekend Champagne.
