An unexpected, delicious delight from a newly established boutique family winery on the beautiful island of Cyprus – with bright tropical fruit, a mineral finish, lively acid, and nice texture/depth from extended lees contact.  

WINEMAKING : Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel; aged 8 months on the lees with twice-weekly bâtonnage.
