WINEMAKING : Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel; aged 8 months on the lees with twice-weekly bâtonnage.

A fresh, lively, and fruity Brut Nature BdB that combines French sparkling wine heritage with Argentina’s unique terroir. Fun fact: Alta Vista was the first winery in Argentina to produce single vineyard wines! Their Brut Nature is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, 50% of which is estate fruit sourced from the Albaneve estate vineyard in the Uco Valley.
