Made by Michel Laroche from 25-year-old vines sourced across the Cévennes and Béziers zones of the Languedoc, this is a precise, fresh-drinking rosé that earns its place at the summer table. Grenache carries the fruit, Syrah brings the spice, and Cinsault provides the floral lift — a three-way division of labor that shows in the glass.
The 2025 blend runs 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. A hot late July and mid-August pulled harvest forward to 18 August, and the fruit came in at night to hold onto acidity. Gentle whole-bunch pressing, then six months in stainless steel, so there is no oak anywhere in it.
