Momo — Māori for "offspring" — is Seresin Estate's entry to Marlborough, sourced from the region's largest Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested overnight in cool temperatures, settled for 72 hours, then fermented slowly before three months on lees build texture without sacrificing the variety's hallmark brightness.
