Named for the pearl-breasted swallows that nest in the cellar each season at Natte Valleij, a farm on the Simonsberg slopes granted in 1715. Alex Milner blends from sourcing regions across the Western Cape — Syrah carries the fruit and structure, Cinsault lightens and freshens, Chenin Blanc adds lift. Eighteen months in French oak, dry finish.
