MED-BODIED, QUINCE, WHITE PEACH, WET STONE, CITRUS ZEST, NEUTRAL OAK

A single dryland block planted in 1987 on decomposed granite at 250 meters — 38-year-old vines yielding 4 hl/ha, fermented with wild yeasts in old 300-liter barrels and clay amphorae, then aged nine months on fine lees. The wine carries a saline, chalky mineral character straight from the granite; prior vintages scored 95 points and 5 stars from Platter's (2023) and 93 points from Tim Atkin MW (2024).
