Slightly effervescent, slightly funky, and highly refreshing – the low ABV 'Hybrid' rose cider from Nua (a natural cider producer that works exclusively with small farmers who prioritize sustainability) is made from a blend of local apple varieties and other fruits (like grapes).

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with 30% maceration; unfiltered; no added sulphites or sugar.
