    An exclusive cuvée made for the Oenos Nature label by Apostolos Thymiopoulos — Decanter’s Rising Star 2022 and the regional standard-bearer for Naoussa biodynamics. Fruit comes from a 54-year-old single vineyard on limestone above Trilofos, at the foot of Mt. Vermio.

    Native-yeast fermentation, roughly thirty days on the skins, eighteen months in stainless tank and neutral barrel, no added sulfur, unfined and unfiltered. The 2022 vintage in Naoussa ran cool and late — leaner, fresher, "even better for Xinomavro" per the regional consortium.
