FRANCE : BURGUNDY : COTE CHALONNAISE
Pinot Noir, Gamay
MED-BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, RASPBERRY, CINAMON, EARTH, MINERAL, SOME NEW OAK
This elegant blend of gamay (⅔) and pinot noir (⅓) made in the traditional Burgundian passtetoutgrains style comes from masterful father-daughter team Paul and Marie Jacqueson. A living testatment to Burgundian dedication, innovation, and family legacy, the Jacqueson domaine was founded in 1947 by Paul's Father Henri, and today spans 12 hectares in the Côte Chalonnaisee – an oft-overlooked Burgundian apellation where one can still find extreme high-value wines.
