From Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, grower-producers based in Ludes working estate fruit across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs. The Brut Réserve blends 30% reserve wines held in a perpetual cask system alongside the 2022 base vintage. Aged two years on lees; no malolactic fermentation, preserving bright acid structure. Disgorged December 2022 at 6 g/L dosage.
