CLEAN, FRESH APPLE, LIGHT FLORAL, AND A SMOOTH NEUTRAL FINISH

Made at the Sauvage Distillery on a 20-acre farm in Charlotteville, Schoharie County, using apples sourced from Hudson Valley orchards — some trees over 100 years old. Each 750mL bottle is distilled from 70–80 apples, fermented with Kosher yeast in a process that takes three times as long as grain fermentation, then twice-distilled in column stills. Certified gluten-free, Kosher for Passover. A genuinely local New York vodka with an apple-derived lightness.
