From vineyards 500 meters above Rolle, selected by Eric Solomon to capture the pure minerality that Chasselas pulls from the chalky upper Rhône soils. Phenolic texture gives it more grip than the light body suggests — the classic match for cave-aged Gruyère, raclette, or fondue.
