Sherbet Bomb is Prometheus Wines’ unapologetically playful take on Australian Moscato — a gently sparkling blush pour built on Muscat with a splash of Montepulciano for color, kept at 7% ABV, with just enough sweetness to justify the name. Winemaker Daniel Zuzolo farms organically in the Riverland, South Australia’s sun-baked Murray River country, and lets the fruit do the persuading: nectarine and frangipani on the nose, peach and strawberry on the palate, a lemon-sherbet finish that lingers.
