Stamnaki — "wine jug" in Greek — is Eklektikon's label for honest, monovarietal expressions from small family growers. Roditis is Greece's most common white grape, which means it rarely gets the attention it deserves. The Denthis growers work 33-year-old vines at 450 meters in the Peloponnese, farming organically and vinifying cold in stainless steel to preserve the variety's clean citrus character and the quiet saline finish that makes it a natural at the table.
