Domaine de Triennes is the Provence project of two Burgundian legends — Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac. They came south in 1989 looking for somewhere terroir still mattered, found 46 hectares at the base of Mont Aurélien in the Var, and planted it right before making a single bottle.

The rosé is harvested at night, direct-pressed for pale color, and aged on fine lees for texture — the serious approach for a wine with this backstory. Certified organic under Ecocert since 2013.
