LIGHT-BODIED, RASPBERRY, HERBS, STRAWBERRY, REFRESHING, LIVELY ACIDITY, MINERAL FINISH, NO OAK 

This wine is crafted using a unique "mille-feuille" method, where layers of Frontenac Blanc, Gris, and Noir grapes are stacked in a fermentation vessel, allowing each layer to macerate under carbonic conditions. After 12 days, the grapes are pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, resulting in a wine that is both expressive and true to its terroir.
