MED-BODIED, MANDARIN ORANGE, WHITE PEACH, HONEY, MINERAL, OAK

From a parcel of 20-year-old Sémillon on limestone just outside Saint-Emilion — whole-cluster pressed, spontaneous fermentation, twelve months in used 500-liter oak barrels, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with a near-homeopathic dose of sulfur. Broad on the palate but kept in check by frank minerality and tangy acidity.
