92% Sauvignon Blanc from HRSV Vineyard in Upper Lake, Lake County and 8% Chardonnay from Andrew's Vineyard in Suisun Valley — both organically farmed. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, then months on fermentation lees with regular stirring. Bottled without fining or filtration at 11.6% ABV.
Chris Christensen — a Stanford grad turned California vigneron — is one of a small number of Black American winemakers building serious natural wine in the US. Where's Linus? is a Jenny & Francois exclusive, born from their collaboration in January 2020.
