A fresh and pleasurable rosé from one of the oldest estates in Chȃteauneuf-du-Pape! Fruit is sourced from exceptional 40-year-old vines, making for a highly concentrated wine with a lovely velvety texture and long finish.

This lovely and layered Sancerre Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir is made via the saignée method (meaning “bleeding” in French), a process in which rosé is actually made as a by-product of red wine fermentation, resulting in an especially robust and complex style with soft tannins and a natural lushness.
