Estate Grüner from the smallest block at 20 Deep, a 0.8-acre parcel inside a six-acre, south-facing vineyard of sandy loam in Honeoye Falls, just outside Rochester. The family-run winery planted it in 2019, picks every grape by hand, and makes everything on site.

Fermented and aged four months in stainless steel, bottled dry at 11.6% ABV, with chamomile on the nose and starfruit, gooseberry and a ginger edge on the palate. Only 80 cases made.
