A Sicilian digestif with roots going back to 1901 — the original recipe was developed by Giuseppe Calì Tabuso in Macchia di Giarre, on the lower slopes of Mount Etna. Agrósan Sicilia revived the formula in the early 2000s and has kept it intact: 26 herbs, fruits, roots, and flowers, all natural, no preservatives, no artificial coloring, 15 of them sourced from Etna's volcanic terrain.

Less aggressively bitter than some of its better-known peers, more complex than most. Opens with cinnamon and cloves, develops through vanilla, cocoa, and orange peel, and finishes longer and sweeter than first impressions suggest. Drink at room temperature after dinner, iced as an aperitif, or mixed into a spritz.
