The first commercial pot still whiskey to use corn since 1908, when a British Royal Commission ruled the recipe "too American" to be sold as Irish pot still whiskey and effectively killed the style on both sides of the Atlantic. Gil Spaier brought it back from a single-roof distillery in Newark’s Ironbound — six miles from Manhattan, on the same soft Newark Watershed water that made the city a brewing capital in 1920.

Distilled on small 150-gallon copper pot stills, aged minimum 24 months in new charred American oak, hand-bottled on site. 2019 USA Spirits Ratings Whisky of the Year; 97/Double Gold/Best of Class at the 2022 Craft Distillery Spirits Competition; UPROXX named it the best whiskey in New Jersey.
