Amatiteña is a single-estate tequila from the historic town of Amatitán — recently named a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to the oldest documented agave spirit production in Mexico. Fifth-generation maestro tequilero Don Alberto Partida distills at Cava de Oro (NOM 1477) using a full suite of historical methods: mesquite-fired ovens, stone tahona milling, open wooden fermentation tanks, ambient wild yeast, and original 19th-century copper pot stills. Every batch is labeled with the specific parcel and the year the agave was planted.

The Plata runs at 49% ABV — high-proof but remarkably integrated. The mesquite fire gives it a lightly smoky character more associated with mezcal, but the identity is unmistakably Jalisco Valley: sweet roasted agave, citrus zest, black pepper, and a mouth-coating finish that lingers long after the last sip.
