Ampeleia is the coastal Tuscan estate Elisabetta Foradori built in the mineral-rich Colline Metallifere. The Unlitro Bianco is its white answer to the cult Unlitro red — a full liter of field-blend white, mostly Trebbiano with Vermentino and Malvasia, picked early to keep it fresh and low in alcohol.

Direct-pressed, co-fermented in concrete, no oak, kept deliberately hands-off. Citrus, herbs and a saline snap — a house-pour white made to be opened and finished.
