Vigna Cannucceto sits at 200–350 meters on the lower, more coastal slopes of the Ampeleia estate — clay and marine fossil soils that grow Mediterranean varieties almost forgotten elsewhere in Tuscany. The blend is fermented in concrete with 2–3 days on skins and no oak anywhere in the process; 12% ABV and a fresh, light-footed structure that drinks best at a slight chill.
Ampeleia has farmed biodynamically since 2013 and uses no additives, no fining, no filtering. The 1-liter bottle is not incidental — it's the point: open it with people, finish it, don't save it for later.
