The Khashmi Family Winery was established in 2012 by young entrepreneurs who became interested in Gerogian wines and traditional winemaking methods. This exquisite Saperavi was made from ungrafted (pre-phylloxera), 45 year old vines, without additions or filtering, using spontenaneous fermentation, and vinification in earthenware Qveri.
