    The Hugo Spritz was born around 2005 at a South Tyrolean bar — a lighter, more floral answer to the Aperol Spritz built on prosecco, elderflower, and fresh mint. Aspritza translates that template into a single-serve can, keeping the elderflower center but adding yuzu lemon in place of mint for a citrusy, subtly tropical lift, and a touch of organic blue agave for body and roundness.

    The result drinks exactly like aperitivo hour on a summer terrace. No glasses needed.
