Bacio Orange Spritz Bubbly Wine Cocktail 250ml Can
Bacio Orange Spritz Bubbly Wine Cocktail 250ml Can
ITALY : VENETO
White wine, orange bitters
LIGHT-BODIED, BITTERSWEET ORANGE, CITRUS PEEL, LIGHT HERBAL, CRISP EFFERVESCENCE
Bacio (Italian for “kiss”) is a New York-born brand inspired by the spritz culture of Italy’s Veneto — the region that invented the aperitivo spritz when 19th-century Austro-Hungarian soldiers began cutting local wines with sparkling water to make them lighter. Each 250ml can packages that tradition in a single-serve format: crisp Italian white wine blended with bittersweet orange bitters, carbonated and ready to pour over ice or drink straight from the can.
At 7% ABV it’s lighter than a cocktail but bitter and complex enough to function like one. RTD Magazine’s Gold Medal panel put it squarely in Aperol Spritz territory: “Sweet orange flavor with a delightful and lingering lightly bitter finish. Aperol or Campari Italian Spritz fans will love this.” No mixing required.
PAIRINGS :
| Bruschetta with tomato and basil | the orange bitter note and tomato acidity mirror each other — classic Italian aperitivo territory |
| Prosciutto and melon | sweetness of melon plays against the bitterness; the oldest Italian aperitivo pairing |
| Fried calamari or fritto misto | effervescence and crisp acidity cut through the batter and salt |
Not vegan (contains Carmine). Gluten-free. ABV : 7%
