Bella Mistala is the export label of Cavas Marevia, run by the Hevia Ferrer family — descendants of Pedro Ferrer and Dolores Sala, the founders of Freixenet. Cavas Marevia is the leading Cava producer outside of Catalonia, working from Requena's high-altitude organic vineyards in Valencia with the express aim of making the best organic Cava in Spain.
The Prestige is an 80/20 Macabeo and Chardonnay blend made by the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a minimum of 12 months on lees at a stable 15°C. The result is a clean, dry Cava with fine persistent bubbles, fresh white fruit, and a subtle pastry note from the lees aging — a Gold medal winner at the Concurso Bacchus.
