Bella Vita comes out of Natural Wine Company's work with Carlo and Annalisa Botter, a brother-and-sister team, and the fruit is old-vine Montepulciano farmed organically in the coastal hills of Chieti.

2024 was the hottest growing season of the century to date in central Italy. Abruzzo picked roughly half its normal crop, and the Montepulciano was in by the first week of October.
