Belvedere Organic Vodka comes off Poland's longest-running vodka distillery, running since 1910 in the small Mazovian town of Zyrardow — the Belvedere brand itself is younger, launched in 1993, but built entirely around this site's Dankowskie Gold rye. The organic expression doubles the rye planted per bottle, since organic yields run lower than conventional farming, and that grain moves through a three-column distillation that strips fusel oils and off-notes before landing at 80 proof. What's left is structured rather than neutral: vanilla and almond up front, white pepper through the middle, clotted cream carrying the finish.
