A seasonal release from Black Button Distilling that celebrates Rochester's famous Lilac Festival — made once a year in limited quantities from lilac petals steeped and distilled into the botanical mix. Each petal is individually processed and recombined with juniper and a supporting cast of floral botanicals: lavender, rose, hibiscus, and fresh lemon peel. Light and aromatic, built for gin and tonics and cocktails where floral complexity leads.
