A seasonal release from Black Button Distilling that celebrates Rochester's famous Lilac Festival — made once each spring in limited quantities, with each flower petal individually steeped, distilled, and recombined with a ten-botanical blend. Rochester earned its nickname "The Flower City" through its lilac heritage, and Highland Park — designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and home to over 500 lilac varieties — hosts one of the largest free festivals in North America each May.

The base is a New York grain bill: 94% Danko rye, 6% malted barley, sourced from local farms — Black Button's grain-to-glass commitment applied to a gin that's equal parts Rochester story and distillery craft. The Gin Is In called it one of the best floral gins made, awarding Gold. Light-bodied and best in cocktails where the floral complexity leads: an Aviation, a dry Martini, a Bramble.
