The Classic London Dry given an oak finish and a post-distillation maceration with indigenous Cape fynbos — honeybush, lemon buchu and nutmeg pelargonium. The blood orange is Tarocco, sourced from the Ceres Valley. The brand was conceived in 2015 by a sommelier, a chef and a winemaker; the liquid is distilled at Hope Distillery in Woodstock, the first licensed small-batch distillery in Cape Town.

Juniper sits in a supporting role, surfacing on a long, earthy finish. Built for stirred drinks — Negronis, Martinez, Amber Old Fashioneds — and for a Mediterranean-style G&T with blood orange peel.
