'Deliciosa'' is a crisp and refreshing Manzanilla (the lightest style of Sherry) from Bodegas Valdespino, a legendary Sherry house dating back to 1264. Fermented in stainless steel w/ native yeasts (they are the only Sherry house to do so) & aged under flor for 5 years in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, at Valdespino's famous Misericordia Solera.

Their Brut Nature is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, 50% of which is estate fruit sourced from the Albaneve estate vineyard in the Uco Valley.
