Batch 2023-04 is the fourth Booker's release of 2023, named for Booker Noe's knack for turning anything into a story — his favorite involved a disappointing "country ham" at a Chicago restaurant and the real one he had stashed in his trunk for an Alaska fishing trip.

Four production dates, four warehouses, all pulled from the fifth and sixth floors: 35% from warehouse 3, 26% from Z, 25% from G, 14% from H. Aged 7 years, 2 months and 29 days, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 127.8 proof — the highest-proof Booker's of 2023.

Brown sugar and caramel on the nose, vanilla, nuts and oak on the palate, a long warm finish. Fred Noe's own advice: a little water opens it up.
