Lambrusco di Sorbara is the lightest and most aromatic of the Lambrusco family — pale ruby, almost rosé in the glass, with a fine pink froth and a bone-dry finish that sets it apart from the sweeter styles that once defined the category. Perfect slightly chilled, with or without food.
