Caribou Crossing holds a distinction that still earns attention: the world's first single-barrel Canadian whisky, hand-selected twice yearly by Master Blender Drew Mayville from a pool of over 200,000 casks. Distilled in Canada using traditional multi-grain methods, each barrel ships south to Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky for Mayville's final cut. His pedigree is unusual — he spent two decades as the last master blender of the Seagram dynasty, crafting Crown Royal before joining the Sazerac portfolio.

The profile is what Canadian grain whisky does best: orange peel, vanilla, and caramel at the entry, a whisper of rye spice mid-palate, and a clean, mouthwatering finish.
