Carpano Antica Formula traces its recipe to 1786, when Antonio Benedetto Carpano created one of the first commercially produced vermouths in Turin. Distinctly vanilla-forward, with dried cherry, saffron, and warming spice, it has become the benchmark Italian sweet vermouth for Manhattans, Negronis, and Boulevardiers. Best kept refrigerated after opening.
