Moscato d'Asti occupies a precise corner of Piedmont — delicate, lightly sparkling, and barely alcoholic at 5% ABV. Vietti's Cascinetta label draws from estate vines in Castiglione Tinella planted 40 years ago, harvested only when Moscato Bianco reaches full aromatic ripeness.

The wine is made in sealed autoclaves: fermentation is arrested when the natural spritz builds and the sweetness locks in at 21 g/L. No oak, no malolactic. The result tastes of a just-picked peach — fragrant, precise, and light on its feet.
