Cayéya is built on a small estate in Jalisco’s Los Valles (lowland) zone, where Blue Weber agave harvested at 6–9 years is cooked in masonry brick hornos, crushed by roller mill, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. No additives of any kind — confirmed additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker. Master distiller Zandra Gomez signs every bottle; NOM 1424.

Founded in 2019 by Charles Sachs and Sam Hirsch of Piermont Brands. The entire packaging program runs on recycled materials — the bottle is hand-blown from recycled Coca-Cola glass. Best Tasting Spirits 90 pts, Silver Medal; Agavos Awards Silver 2026.
