130 alpine herbs, plants, and flowers — honey and saffron forward
HONEY, SAFFRON, HERBAL COMPLEXITY, ANISE, AND VANILLA
Made by the Carthusian Monks at the Grande Chartreuse monastery in the French Alps since 1737, Yellow Chartreuse is the milder, honey-forward sibling of the Green. At 40% ABV, it's more approachable but no less complex — 130 alpine botanicals macerated and distilled according to a formula known only to two monks at any given time. Naturally yellow from saffron and other botanicals, it's used in the Last Word, the Naked and Famous, or sipped neat as a digestif. Limit one per customer.
