In the nose the wine is bright with lovely scents of wild strawberry, currant, mandarin, and rose water. The palate is supple with red fruits again, and subtle tannins in the background with a bright acidity.

20% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay
LIGHT BODIED, FRESH, ELEGANT, RED BERRY, CITRUS, NO OAK
In the nose, strawberry and raspberry tantalize with light notes of lemon. On the palate the bubbles are extremely fine and the wine light and long on the palate.

Racy, rich, full, and focused. Lower dosage than the ‘Ultradition,’ giving a much longer, drier finish. Soft, yet forward notes of raspberry and citrus on both the nose and palate. Very limited production
