"Blouge" is blanc plus rouge — a light red built like a serious rosé. Importer Guilhaume Gérard and the Cuche family blend a Cinsault rosé base with carbonic Cinsault for color and grip, then add white Grenache for acid and minerality and a touch of reductive Grenache to hold the freshness.

The result lands under 12% alcohol with the texture of Poulsard — pale, perfumed, and saline-fresh, but as Gérard puts it, "certainly ripe and southern in many ways." Native yeast, no fining, no filtration. Drink it cold.
