Aladasturi is a rare Gurian grape that produces fresh, light, ruby-colored red wines. In this natural and ultra-traditional example from famed Georgian winemaker Dato Kobidze, over half of the grapes were sourced from a singular, 100+ year old vine.
WINEMAKING : Estate-grown & made; natural winemaking: fermented in traditional Qveri with native yeasts & 14 days of skin contact; unfiltered; low sulfite addition after MLF.
