Domaine Bechtold farms biodynamically in Kirchheim, one of Alsace's quieter villages, producing sparkling wine with serious conviction. This Crémant is Extra Brut to Brut Nature in style — minimal dosage, sharp mineral line — built to hold its own alongside still Alsace whites. The bubbles are small and precise, the finish dry and clean.
