Domaine Huet is one of Vouvray's most celebrated estates — biodynamically farmed on steep tuffeau slopes, with "Le Mont" being their single-vineyard on the highest ground. Demi-sec means residual sugar: quince and honey on the palate, but the Loire's natural acidity keeps it structured rather than sweet. One of the great Chenin Blancs, full stop.
