Christian and Patricia Pêcheur's domaine in Darbonnay started in 1976 with a single hectare, and the second generation, Maximilien and Jeanne, runs it now. Only a few parcels of old-vine Savagnin on the Côtes du Jura's blue marl become their Vin Jaune, which spends more than six years in oak under a veil of yeast, never topped up, before it is bottled.

It's a rarity to offer vintage wines of this age, especially for Jura wines!
