Vibrant and energetic, Terres Burgondes is all about finesse and fruit. Husband and wife team Nathalie and Hervé Petitot — both trained oenologists — believe wine is a "photograph of the vintage"; their work aims entirely at letting terroir and the vintage's character shine through.

45-year-old vines on marl and chalky clay at 250 meters in Corgoloin, fermented in cement tanks with indigenous yeast and aged one year in oak (15% new). The name 'Terres Burgondes' comes from archaeologists finding traces of the Petitot family's Burgonde ancestors in one of the parcels.
