Domaine Dujac's village Morey-Saint-Denis comes from nearly three hectares of estate parcels at the foot of the slope — Les Herbuottes, Les Porroux, Clos Solon and Le Village among them — all picked 25–26 September 2021. Jacques Seysses founded the domaine in 1968, and the second generation, Jeremy and Alec Seysses with Jeremy's wife Diana, now runs it the same way: little or no destemming depending on the vintage, indigenous yeasts only, gravity to the cellar and 14 to 18 months in barrel.

2021 was a frost year, and Jeremy Seysses put the domaine's yields at 30% to 75% down. Decanter gave this 93 points, citing "lovely, ripe mulberry fruit, a bit of smokiness from the cask ageing, and notes of rose petal and mineral." Vinous (Neal Martin, 90–92 from barrel) found white pepper, bay leaf and tobacco over fine-grained tannins and called it "quintessential Dujac."
