EJ Curley & Co. revives a distillery that operated along the Kentucky River Palisades in Jessamine County, founded by Elijah James Curley in 1867 — the man credited with coining the term "Bluegrass." The current small batch release is a sourced Kentucky straight bourbon with an unusually floral character: wildflower honey, magnolia, and light tobacco setting it apart from the standard caramel-and-oak profile. Bottled at 96 proof.
